This 'S' shaped flower stand represents perfectly the Modernist approach to furniture design. Its minimalist, functional and elegant.

In the 1920's and 1930's there were many variations of flower stands designed by different architects and produced by various manufacturers. It was a very popular piece of furniture and every modern household wanted one. However this particular model was a bit unusual and still remains very rare to these days.  

The whole piece has been recently fully refurbished by a highly experienced restorer and is in perfect condition. There is slight wear and tear on the chrome steel.
