An original Art Deco Side/Coffee table from the 1930s. The elegant proportions of round tabletops and softly curved legs, together with the dazzling pattern of the walnut veneer makes this piece a truly wonderful example of the sophistication of that era.

The designer and producer of the cabinet is unfortunately unknown. However the quality of the materials, perfect attention to every detail and overall high craftmanshift of the whole piece indicates that it is likely to be part of the H range produced by the UP Brno Furniture Factory, where the iconic architect Jindrich Halabala worked as an art director at the time.

This table is in great vintage condition. Recent restoration has fully revived the rich colour of the entire piece, showing off the beautiful patterns on all surfaces. The entire piece has been hand finished by Shellac and Nitro varnishes in order to achieve original gloss finish.
