This table was produced in 1930's by Vichr a Spol. in Czechoslovakia. The table is featured in the company’s original furniture catalogue under number 1037.

The Vichr Company originally started as a producer of kitchen utensils but after 1928 they became one of the leading manufactures of tubular furniture in Czechoslovakia. Their furniture was popular for its design and quality.

The wooden parts of the piece have been refurbished by our experienced restorer who specialises in Modernist furniture, and are in perfect vintage condition with some minor patina. The steel frames have been cleaned and polished, there is some wear and tear on parts of the steel frame acquired over the years.
