This is an original chandelier produced in 1960’s by Elekroinstala Company in Czechoslovakia. This is quite a rare piece as this type was only produced in small numbers.

The shape of this piece is influenced by the organic form of the Space Age design. The chandelier consists of five milk glass globes, each screwed into a brass bulb holder. These rotate horizontally around the central piece which is an organically shaped rod made of cream plastic. This central piece holds the steel bar on the top side and visually connects all the elements on the bottom part. The chandelier has not only a very pleasant structural form and balanced composition, but is also a delightful colour pallet of white, cream and copper.

This piece is in great vintage condition, with only some minimal natural wear on the brass parts gained over the years. The white colour has slightly peeled off on the bottom edge of the middle part.

All parts are original and fully functional.
