This 1960s dining chair by Antonín Šuman for TON pairs a gently curved backrest with two angled supports and slender, tapered legs. Its dark brown beech finish gives the light, open frame a strong outline.

Made in Czechoslovakia, the chair reflects the clean lines and playful geometry associated with Czech furniture of the period. It works beautifully as an individual dining chair, at a desk, or as an occasional chair in a smaller space.
